Electrolux Ergorapido Stick, Lightweight Cordless Vacuum for Removing Pet Hair from Carpets and Hard Floors

Features

  • Motorized nozzle
  • 180-degree EasySteer technology
  • HD lithium battery

Motorized nozzle

The motorized nozzle on the Electrolux Ergorapido Pet Stick Vacuum certainly takes care of all the hair your pets leave behind on your furniture, carpets or hardwood flooring. The addition of a handheld device doesn’t hurt either. That way, you can easily transition from floor to detail cleaning very quickly. Users however, would like to see labels for the normal and high cleaning selections.

The cleaning mode button can be a bit misleading. It consists of three bars — but there are only two cleaning selections. Super effortless to take care of. Just pull it off of the stand and utilize it, then place it back on the charger for next time. It doesn’t take up a lot of space and simple to store out of the way.

180-degree EasySteer technology

The 180-degree EasySteer technology means that the stick vacuum can maneuver and clean pet hair in difficult to reach places thanks to the flexible vacuum base. The Ergorapido also provides Electrolux’s signature “Brush Roll Clean” technology.

180-degree EasySteer technology

The Brush Roll Clean function enables you to effortlessly detangle hair or other particles without having to eliminate the brush and clean it manually. This is the most amazing little machine in the world. It’s a cordless, lightweight, rechargeable little miracle worker with a swiveling head to get into those small corners. Ideal for crumbs and dust bunnies on kitchen floors. And the best part is — built in to the machine is a small pop-out hand held “dustbuster.”

HD lithium battery

You can easily run your vacuum for up to 48 minutes on a single charge and also maximize your cleaning time with the turbo power HD lithium battery for extremely high-performance cleaning. The Ergorapido is a 2-in-1 model — a stick and handheld machine are neatly packaged into one main stick vacuum.

You can press the 2-in-1 button on the front part of the vacuum and the handheld unit will easily release for use. A separate brush accessory for the handheld vacuum is even included with the vacuum.

BrushRoll Clean Technology

The BrushRoll Clean Technology offers powerful suction with an extremely high dust pick-up rate, the LED nozzle lights easily highlight dust, hair, dirt and debris in dark spaces.

BrushRoll Clean Technology

Like the UltraPower, the Ergorapido provides cord-free vacuuming complete with a charging dock, LED “headlights,” a transparent nozzle, and flexible tubing that makes it very maneuverable. The Electrolux PureAdvantage VAF-1TM Replacement Vacuum Filters can also be purchased with this machine.

Washable filter

The Ergorapido Power contains a washable filter and is pretty similar to the UltraPower Studio in terms of design and features. The Ergorapido is metallic purple with gorgeous orange accents, whereas the UltraPower is a metallic dark blue with orange accents.

While it sucked up 100 percent of the pet hair on both carpeted surfaces, it struggled a bit on hardwood, collecting only approximately 25 percent of debris that was scattered. This result is fairly similar to the Electrolux UltraPower Studio model, which sucked up all of the pet hair on the mid-and-low-pile carpets, however, none on the hardwood floor.

Pros & Cons

Pros
  • The cloth filter is washable
  • It has a charge stand
  • Comes with two attachments
  • Brush roll is easy to remove
Cons
  • Small dirt bin

Conclusion

The ErgoRapido 2-in-1 is a compact and extremely lightweight vacuum that enables users to use only one product to clean almost everything inside their house. Perfect for everyone but especially stay at home parents who are constantly sweeping under the table where the kids have messed with crumbs from their dinner and every other meal. The only negative is that the standard vacuum is pretty low to the ground and won’t easily pick up big fat items like a larger vacuum would.
